macarthur place twin towers
The MacArthur Place “twin towers” project is the centerpiece to the MacArthur Place Development in Santa Ana, CA. The project includes two twin 206,000 SF nine story office towers designed on top of a partially subterranean three level parking structure accommodating 1460 cars. The primary vehicular entry court is designed as the visual terminus to Imperial Promenade and features a large cascading fountain and is ringed with a column of palm trees. A large tree-shaded pedestrian plaza surrounds the buildings and provides an outdoor eating area for the ground floor retail/food service tenants.
