first american financial corporation headquaters phase two
The project involves the second phase expansion to the existing First American Corporation Campus and includes the addition of two five-story office buildings and the ancillary site development of approximately 9.4 acres. The two new buildings connect to the existing "campus commons", reinforce the axial approach of the main entry drive into the campus and create a new major entry statement at First American Way. The architectural concept for the campus utilizes "figural" foreground architectural elements contrasted against 'neutral" background buildings. The Campus Commons remains at the center of the campus with the pedestrian linkages between the buildings and parking areas being strengthened.
