evolution swim academy

This interior remodel converts a previous diesel truck mechanics shop into an indoor swim academy. Envisioned as a children’s underwater world the space is distinguished by a mural depicting animated sea life. The 9,000 SF space includes a 50’ x 35’ teaching pool, visitor’s viewing lobby, reception and sales area, party room, lockers, restrooms, staff break room and staff offices. The visitor’s viewing lobby provides a conditioned space for parents and siblings to view the swimmers. Bright colored ceramic tile is used to enliven the space and skylights bring in filtered natural light.
