This two-phase, 30 acre, 550,000 sq. ft. corporate and vocational school campus is sited on a ridge line overlooking the Pacific Ocean in northern San Diego County. Planned around an "ocean park" providing a 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean, the multi-building facility includes administrative office, research and development space, light manufacturing and warehouse space, student laboratories and lecture classrooms, a research and archive library, a gemological showroom/museum and bookstore. The second phase will include a cafeteria, lecture auditorium and student dormitories.
